About Gaby Lopapa
Gaby Lopapa brings over 35 years of hospitality accounting experience spanning California, New York, Colorado, and Florida.
Her career began in 1987 working with restaurant groups where she developed and refined outsourced accounting systems tailored specifically to hospitality operations. She was part of the foundational team behind Vine Solutions in California, helping build a structured outsource accounting model for restaurant groups.
She later served in a leadership accounting role with AOC in San Francisco, further strengthening her expertise in multi-unit environments and operational financial systems.
In 2003, Gaby founded her own firm in Miami with a clear purpose: to bring disciplined, technology-integrated hospitality accounting systems to restaurant owners who need ongoing operational clarity—not just bookkeeping.
Her philosophy is simple: Accurate financials are not the goal—clarity and informed leadership are.
